Eight talented New England Public School students had an exciting opportunity to showcase their musical talents this past Saturday as they participated in the Surround the State Music Festival!
Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to work with a guest conductor, rehearse alongside talented young musicians from other schools, and build new friendships with students who share their passion for music. The day concluded with a special concert at DMS, where students showcased their hard work and musical talents for the community.

Experiences like the Surround the State Music Festival are about so much more than music. They provide students with opportunities to grow in confidence, develop their talents, collaborate with others, and create memories that will last well beyond the final performance.
We are incredibly proud of these eight Tigers for representing New England Public School! Their willingness to step outside their everyday classroom experience and embrace new opportunities is something worth celebrating.
