In this course, we learn all about food and cooking. Our units explore foods by category like breads, vegetables, milk products, meats, etc. Our labs allow us to try all kinds of recipes and learn advanced skills and techniques in cooking.

The textbook that we use is Guide to Good Food (Largen & Bence, 2004)
